15-year-old Nikita Zhukov, whose nickname is "Beetle", is the undisputed leader of the class. But one day a new boy, Senya Ivanov, comes to school. He quickly wins the sympathy of his classmates and teachers. Beetle sees Senya as a competitor. And when Beetle's girlfriend starts dating Senya, a real war between two teenagers unfolds, intensified by Shakespearean experiences.
